If we cannot resolve your complaint straight away we will acknowledge receipt of it in writing, confirm our understanding of your complaint, tell you who will be handling it and give you the opportunity to provide further information.

If you are unhappy with our final response to your complaint, or if we are unable to resolve your complaint within 8 weeks, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, who can be contacted using the following methods:
